1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using the RivalXP progressive web app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Subscription & Payments
RivalXP offers an optional premium plan ("HUNTER ELITE") billed monthly via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and grant full access to exclusive feature sets including division tracking, streak protection, custom avatar badges, and advanced history graphs.
Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled directly via the Billing Portal in your settings menu. Payments are processed securely via third-party systems, and RivalXP never stores credit card details directly on our servers.
3. XP Decay & Fair Play
RivalXP gamifies athletic progression. Rank points (XP) decay due to prolonged training inactivity. We enforce strict fair play. Artificially inflating XP logs or manipulating API boundaries to forge rank metrics is prohibited and may result in telemetry resets or account suspensions.
4. Liability Limitation
Exercise safety during training. RivalXP does not provide medical or expert physical guidance. Users assume full risk of physical injury or workout strain. All lift tracking and analytics are provided on an "as-is" basis.
