Welcome to RivalXP. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our workout-tracking PWA.
RivalXP operates as a local-first application with optional cloud synchronization powered by Supabase. Your workout data, performance history, streaks, and ranks belong strictly to you.
2. Information We Collect
a. Account Profile Info
When you authenticate using Supabase Auth (via Email/Password or OAuth providers like Google), we store your email address, username, display name, and optional avatar URL.
b. Performance Telemetry
We collect XP records, muscle group tracking, lift weights, rep logs, and streaks to calculate ranks and enable competitive leaderboards.
c. Device & Usage Analytics
We utilize optional Sentry SDK error tracking and PostHog client analytics to monitor app crashes, performance, and general interface usage.
3. Data Deletion and Safety
Your training data is synchronized securely with Supabase. If you wish to delete your account and all associated telemetry, you may do so at any time via the Settings menu, our public Account Deletion Portal, or by writing directly to our support team at support@rivalxp.app. Account deletions purge all historical logs and scores permanently.
